Amy L. Kardash President
Amy L. Kardash President

Amy Kardash has been the president of the In Trust Center for Theological Schools since 2017, serving as director of programs for eight years prior.

She oversees and directs all the In Trust Center’s work in resourcing more than 230 seminaries, theological schools, and affiliate organizations. In 2012 she helped launch Resource Consulting, offering a new way of connecting leaders in theological education with resources they need to make transformative changes at their institutions.

In addition to Resource Consulting, she oversees the organization’s work in In Trust magazine and in building learning communities via focused initiatives and through the In Trust Center’s popular webinar series, which she initiated in 2011.

Before joining the In Trust Center, Amy Kardash enjoyed a ten-year career in corporate banking and marketing at PNC Bank and Wilmington Trust Company. She holds both a B.S. in marketing and management and an M.B.A. from the University of Delaware.

Gail L. Carlucci Vice President for Operations
Gail L. Carlucci Vice President for Operations

Gail Carlucci joined the In Trust Center in 2013. She previously served as director of the gift and scholarship programs at the Delaware Community Foundation and as program administrator at the Rodel Foundation of Delaware, both located in Wilmington, DE. Before that, she was vice president and business manager for Cohn & Wolfe’s New York office. In addition to her skills in business and human resource management, Gail also brings experience in nonprofit processes including finance, events, marketing, and partnerships. She has degrees in Marketing and Management from The Berkeley School and Business Administration from Nassau Community College.

Ann Marie Glanden Vice President for Programs

Ann Marie Glanden joined the In Trust Center staff in 2016. She previously served as program director of Education and Employment services at the West End Neighborhood House, a community support organization based in Wilmington. Prior to that, she held a number of other positions at West End Neighborhood House, including assistant director, academic instructor, and employment coordinator. Ann brings experience in administrative support, grant research and writing, program management, and human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Joseph’s University and a certification in nonprofit management from the University of Delaware.

Theresa Griffith Director of Programs
Theresa Griffith Director of Programs

Theresa Griffith joined the In Trust Center in 2018. She previously worked in youth ministry, both for Saint Mary Magdalen Catholic Parish in the Diocese of Wilmington and for Camp Arrowhead, an Episcopal summer camp in Lewes, Delaware. In this work, she led retreats for K-12 students, ran a youth leadership team, and served as co-chair of the diocese’s Board of Youth Ministry. She brings to the In Trust Center experience in program management and event planning and a familiarity with working in an ecumenical context. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Immaculata University in English, with minors in communication and theology.

Matt Hufman Vice President for Communication

Matt Hufman joined the In Trust Center in 2020. Previously he served as chief marketing and communication officer for Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, where he reimagined their magazine, leading it to achieving the Evangelical Press Association's award for best Christian higher education publication in 2019. An award-winning journalist, Matt spent more than two decades in secular newspapers and media organizations as a reporter, writer, and editor. He was part of the Las Vegas Sun's team that won the 2009 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service. He served as president of the Nevada Press Association, was a founder of the Nevada Freedom of Information Coalition and has taught college journalism as well as presented to professional groups.

Matt is a credentialed minister and has worked in a variety of settings, including recovery and jail ministries in Las Vegas, Nevada. He holds a master of divinity degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Dawn, have three children.

Nikesha Mason Database Manager

Nikesha Mason joined the In Trust Center in 2019, bringing with her nearly 18 years of administrative and service-related experience, most recently as a customer service representative for a conferencing facility. Nikey possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Colorado Technical University. She has also proudly served as a member of the Delaware Army National Guard, where she focused on Supply Chain Management. Nikey is married and has two young children. She enjoys spending time with family and running.

Tim RooneyPrograms Assistant

Tim Rooney joined the In Trust Center in 2023. His most recent position was at the Catholic Leadership Institute, where he accumulatedT nearly eight years of nonprofit experience in program management and administration with a clear focus on client support. Tim earned a Master of Arts in Theology and Ministry from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Arts, English & Film & Media Studies from Cabrini University.

Trish Shea Associate Editor
Trish Shea Associate Editor

Trish Shea joins In Trust Center as the Associate Editor of In Trust magazine. With more than two decades of experience in magazine development, Trish is an award-winning writer and editor specializing in multi-channel communications for nonprofit enterprises, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions, including St. Joseph's University, Penn State University, Jefferson University, University of Scranton, Temple University, and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. She has a comprehensive skill set in every aspect of magazine creation, including article ideation, writing, editing, schedule management, vendor/freelancer coordination, and multi-platform distribution. Trish’s experience also includes digital editing, SEO implementation, and readability rankings to optimize content for online and virtual platforms.

Recently, Trish served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Vincentian Priests of the Eastern Province and The Basilica Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. She earned a Master of Arts degree in publishing (editorial track) in 2014, receiving distinguished thesis recognition. She holds an undergraduate degree in journalism from St. Joseph’s University and is a certified public relations manager.
