An ambitious Lilly Endowment Pathways for Tomorrow project is exploring a collective approach to the financial challenges facing standalone schools, not by expanding administrative services, but rather by consolidating them. Consider it addition by subtraction. The CHANGE Initiative is the type of project that could help schools find new and innovative ways forward. Two new fall webinars will help leaders

The fall slate of In Trust Center webinars is sure to engage leaders across the institution. They include:
  • Called to the Chair: Board Leadership for Unsettled Times – Governance expert Rebekah Basinger, Ed.D., addresses the opportunities and challenges that come with chairing the board of a theological school. She will cover how to design effective board meetings, enhance board member engagement, and develop the board for long-term effectiveness while giving attention to the board chair & president partnership and the critical importance of call in both roles.   • Conflict and Crisis: Navigating the Shoals – Join us for an urgent and timely webinar for theological school leaders navigating tumultuous times. In this session, presenter Donna Alexander, President & CEO of Advoxum Global Strategies, will offer best practices for navigating conflict and crisis. She will delve into the crucial elements of defining conflict and crisis, identifying and prioritizing affected stakeholders, utilizing effective communication strategies, and ultimately, executing a plan of action.1 p.m. ET Nov. 15. Learn more and register here.
