In Trust magazine has earned several prestigious awards in national publishing competitions recognizing design and editorial excellence.
The Autumn 2020 issue – entitled “Hope for the Future” – captured Best in Class among Special Interest Magazines from the Associated Church Press, an international community of communications professionals “supporting the life of faith and the Christian community.”
In the 2021 Association Media and Publishing Excel Awards, the Autumn issue earned a Gold Award for Feature Article Design (“Black Lives and Minds Matter”); a Silver (Magazine Redesign); and a Bronze (Magazine Cover).
And In Trust is a finalist in two categories of the annual national competition sponsored by The Folio: Eddie and Ozzie Awards. “Black Lives and Minds Matter” was selected in the category Feature Article Design; The Culture was cited for editorial excellence in a section. Both were recognized in the Association/Non-Profit portion of the competition.
“We re-developed our magazine last year to strengthen our contributions to leaders in seminary education,” said In Trust Center President Amy Kardash. “Our mission for the magazine is to be the premier destination for ideas, ideals, and insights, and it’s gratifying to be recognized as we continue to build the vitality of our schools.”
